Single/Double Covered Yarn.
The final covering yarn comes from
conventionally covering process. The main
characteristic is taking the covering filaments
wound around the elastic core; it is of
theoretically infinite combination possibility.
This kind of yarn is widely used in Hosiery,
Knitting, Weaving, etc., and has the final
fabric products be more exquisite, gentle and
satiny.
Single covering yarn£¨SCY£©: Bobbin-wound complex
yarn being from a process where one strand of
chemical filament covering the elastane core in
either ¡°S¡± or ¡°Z¡± torsion.
Double covering yarn£¨DCY£©:Bobbin-wound complex
yarn being from a process where two strands of
chemical filament covering the elastane core in
both ¡°S¡± and ¡°Z¡± torsion alternatively.. |

Air-jet Covered Yarn.
Availing of this technology can make all types
of filaments into economic and good quality
elastic yarns, which are highly soft and
exquisite, can be widely used in hosiery and
seamless underwear.
Air Covering yarn (ACY): Bobbin wound complex
yarn being from a process where both the
elastane core yarn and multi-filament yarn are
fed through a pressurized air jet which blows
the multi-filament yarn apart causing it
partially intermingle around the core yarn. |
